Hi, I’m Mindy. I’m a creative leader with more than 20 years of experience, combining my love for art history, creative strategy and user-centric design to bring fresh ideas to life. I’m relentlessly curious… looking for ways to push boundaries, exploring new perspectives, and leading teams to create work that is innovative and impactful.

Throughout my career, I’ve led exceptional creative teams across diverse disciplines, inspiring them to deliver big ideas that are deeply connected to consumer insights and behaviors across all media channels. As an empathetic and effective leader, I excel at cross-functional collaboration and am always looking for different viewpoints and insights to elevate the work.

Outside of my day job, I’m President of the AAF San Francisco chapter, a passionate sports fan, live music junkie, and enjoy an active life on the California coast with my family.
